Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver to almost every country on the planet. However, due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to a few locations, including: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Crimea region, Cuba
Everywhere else? You’re good to go.
How long will it take until I can wear my new pair?
We move fast. Delivery times are:
Spain & Portugal: 24–48 hours
Europe: 3–5 days
USA: 4–7 days
Canada: 5–10 days
Australia: 6–14 days

The sizes are weird. Which size should I get?
Our sizes are european sizes, please check our size guide to find the pair you are looking for. We have a table that converts EU sizes to UK and USA sizes along side the foot measure in centimeters.
What if I order the wrong size?
We strongly recommend having a look at our size. Having that said, if you make a mistake, do not stress — you’re completely covered: You get 90 days of free, easy returns. Just send it back and swap it for the right fit.
Why are the sneakers so cheap?
We skip the excessive markups and the middleman. Our sneakers are from the same factories as the ones you would get in a retail store. They are absolutely identical, if you find a difference, you get to keep them and we will refund you.
Are the sneakers like in the photos?
Our sneakers are identical to the photos and to the sneakers you would get in an official store because they come from the factory skipping the middleman and markups. If you find a single difference, keep them and we will refund you.
Do you have any guarantees?
You have up to 90 days to return your sneakers if you change your mind. On top of that, since we are 100% sure of our quality, all of our sneakers come with a 180 day guarantee. And if that was not enough, if you can find any difference with the shoes at your local store we will let you keep them and completely refund you.
